Grain-Free Granola with Blueberries and Yogurt

I’m obsessed with this recipe! Enjoy this sweet, tasty and tart healthy breakfast.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup organic blueberries

1 cup plain, full-fat organic Greek yogurt

1/4-1/2 cup chopped mixed pecans, almonds and walnuts (Whatever nuts you have will work, but I’ve found these have a great taste!)

1 Tbsp unsalted pumpkin seeds

1 Tbsp no-sugar-added coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. Scoop one cup of yogurt into a bowl.

  2. Wash, pat dry and then add the blueberries to the yogurt.

  3. Add the chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes.

  4. Mix and enjoy!
