Hi! I’m Alena.
I am so excited you are here! I’ve been a Jesus follower all of my life, and my heart gets excited when women find their true identity in Him.
I have always loved learning about the body and mind, and have had the opportunity to help so many women in the process! I started off as a personal trainer 18 years ago and worked with women helping them become healthier and stronger. I worked my way through grad school and became a counselor, hoping to understand the way the brain and body connected to the soul and spirit. I always knew there were deeper reasons why people didn’t achieve their fitness and health goals.
My experience as a therapist led me to learn more about trauma, brain heath, the nervous system and how important a role it plays in our abilities to manage emotions and make wise decisions. After working as a counselor for 15 years, I am now combining my mental health experience with the fitness and strength experience to provide access for more women to help them create lasting changes, achieve their goals and live life abundantly and fulfill their God given purpose!
