Reset Your Physical Health Group | Spring 2025

Are you looking for an opportunity to improve your physical health? Do you long for support from women going through the same thing? You’re in the right place.

Led by licensed mental health counselor and fitness coach, Alena Alsruhe, the “Reset Your Physical Health” group is a six-week support and psycho-educational group. You will learn alongside like-minded women how to take important steps to improve your physical health. We will looking below the surface at what may be driving your behaviors. We will explore: The Nervous System, Attachment, Neuroscience, Brain health, nutrition, exercise and more! Each meeting will be full of helpful information combined with Biblical truth. Each week will have habits to practice including movement and food recommendations. You will grow in community with like-minded people who are all going after the same goal!

If you are hoping to lose weight, move more, eat healthier or get stronger, this group is for you!

Becoming Strong | Women’s Introduction to Strength Training

Two-Part Webinar

Did you know strength training benefits your physical health and your mental health? Join Alena for this two-part introduction to strength training. She will cover the basics, such as: form for basic movements, materials, programming, nutrition considerations, and what’s in your gym bag. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have along the way!

Alena’s philosophy is that you need to begin somewhere, and strength is built over time through a series of small steps and incremental growth. Through this webinar, you’ll learn how begin your strength training journey and prepared to enter the world of at home lifting or weightlifting in a gym.

Alena will equip you with helpful information including equipment, basic nutrition and supplement needs, encourage you to take the next step, and empower you to walk into your next day feeling stronger and more capable to be who you have been made to be.
