Avocado Toast: Simple and Healthy
Ingredients:
1 slice sourdough bread, lightly toasted (or another bread of your liking)
1 egg, over easy
1 avocado
1 teaspoon everything-but-the-bagel seasoning
Instructions:
First, toast the bread, and begin cooking the egg.
When the sourdough bread is toasted to your liking, then open the avocado and spread it on the toast. It’s okay if you have extra!
Next, flip the egg, wait 3 seconds, then put it on top of the avocado.
Lightly sprinkle the seasoning on top.
Slice and enjoy getting a little messy!
