Easter Physical Challenges

Pick 1 of these challenges to endure discomfort in honor of what Christ went through out of Love for you. Turn your pain and discomfort into gratitude. This will build character.

  1. Load a backpack of stones, climb the highest mountain in your area. Take out the stones at the top reflecting on all the ways you have been forgiven. Express gratitude by singing a song, praying a psalm or talking out loud to God.

  2. Find a gym with a yoke (typically a strongman gym). Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes carry the yoke 100 ft. Add weight if you can.

  3. Run one mile longer than you have ever run before. If you have run 3 miles then run 4, 4 then 5, you get it:).

  4. Complete: 100 squats, 100 burpees, 100 sit ups 100 push ups - you your best to complete this in under 10 minutes
