Healthy Protein Packed Cafe Late Iced Drink !

Some of you may love this in the morning but I don’t think I’ve ever shared one of my favorite afternoon drinks! I will drink this before or after a workout - or just for fun honestly. I love espresso as many of you know but I’ve started using King Coffee instant packets and love them! I linked to the ones I buy and you can check out the nutritional information as well! The King Coffee Black is a little cheaper and tastes very similar.

You need ice for this to taste amazing!

Ingredients:

1-2 packets of king coffee or instant coffee (depends how strong you like it)

1/2 cup of grass fed milk or your favorite milk substitute

1 scoop of colostrum (gut health) use code: Alena

1 scoop of cafe late protein powder (I’ve used 1st Phorm)

ice

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk into the blender. Then add coffee packets, colostrum, protein powder and ice.

  2. Blend for 30-40 seconds.

  3. Enjoy!
