This 6 week progressive bodyweight program includes 4 days of workouts each week. It will increase strength, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and confidence. It will also increase brain health by increasing blood flow to the brain bringing oxygen and nutrients!

It is designed for not only beginner and intermediate lifters, but also for those who do not have access to gym equipment. This program can be completed at your house, outside, a hotel room, or a park!! It can be completed individually or with a friend!!! It is a perfect place to begin if you haven't been involved with fitness for a while, or are looking to change up your fitness routine.

If anyone is familiar with my husband Brian @neversate and his Corona Bodyweight, this program is a modified version opening up opportunity for more people especially women to benefit. I've included quotes and some of my favorite verses to inspire you along the way. My hope is that you can get rid of any barriers or even excuses that keep you from taking care of your body and mind.
