This 12 Week guidebook will help you gain a new understanding of what may be holding you back from living a stronger, happier and healthier life.
I created this guidebook because I believe many of us know how to be healthy through nutrition and exercise but for some reason or another we are not able to follow through.
Over the last 18 years of working in the fitness industry and 15 years in the mental health field, I have found 12 barriers to be common among those of us who are struggling. Eating healthy and exercising are two of the most important things we can do to be healthy! This program will help you discover what may be standing in your way of putting your health first in your life.
By the end of this guidebook you will be able to identify a barrier holding you back from your health and fitness goals and be equipped with tools to overcome it.
What to expect for each week:
3-5 minute video
Introduction to the Barrier
1-3 journaling questions
Devotional Encouragement and Bible Verse (In my personal and professional experience and research, the Bible has inspired so many practical and helpful scientific and psychological tools).
Inspiring quotes
3 action steps: 1) challenging negative thoughts, 2) engaging community 3) taking one small step towards change.
Connect your mind, body, soul and spirit with a short visualization exercise, an encouraging song,
Ending prayer meditation
I believe that if you decide to commit to this process, you will become stronger, happier and healthier emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
I believe God wants to help set us free from the things that entangle us and hold us back. Once we can identify them, we can begin to heal and live a healthier, happier and more hopeful life! I can’t wait to go on this journey with you.
