May Webinar: Comfortably Uncomfortable
how resistance helps us grow
Join me on Monday, May 12, at 7pm EST as I talk with Brian Alsruhe, CPT!
Many of us struggle to make positive changes in our lives because we’re stuck in negative patterns that limit our potential. But, we don’t have to stay there. Be part of the conversation as we discuss how growth happens when we step out of our comfort zones.
With over 30 years in the fitness industry, Brian knows how to effectively coach individuals struggling to achieve their goals, and what it’s like to overcome his own mental and physical limitations — in and out of the gym. It takes the right support systems, building endurance, and a willingness to learn and be uncomfortable.
Whether you want to gain confidence, build strength, reduce anxiety, lift depression or overcome a fear, you must learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable. Together, Brian and I will bring our experiences as strength-and-fitness coaches, as well as our mental health expertise, to teach you how to do what you never thought was possible!
We’ll also have Q&A time toward the end of our call, so you can get your questions answered!
About Our Guest: Not only is Brian Alsruhe an author, strength and fitness coach, programmer, and YouTube creator with nearly a quarter million subscribers… he’s also my amazing husband (and the most handsome guy in the world)!
Brian works tirelessly to bridge the gap between mental and physical training to help make the impossible possible in his clients’ and audience’s lives. That’s partly why he returned to school for his Master’s degree to become a licensed counselor (Great minds think alike, huh?). He has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, has created over 900 instructional and motivational videos on his YouTube channel, and has written 29 strength and conditioning programs.
He is the biggest champion and an incredible motivator for so many people, and believes you can do something even when you don’t believe in yourself. He reframes complex ideas into practical, bite-sized concepts and actionable steps. These are some of the qualities that make him an effective teacher and coach!
Please Note: The Zoom link for the webinar will be sent to your email address 2 days before the event and on the day of the event. If you don’t see it in your inbox, make sure to check your Spam and Promotions folders.
