Basic Strength Workshop
This workshop is designed for those who are interested in learning how to train with weights as well as learn how strength training benefits your mental and physical health. The workshop will be lead by Alena Alsruhe & Andi O’Connell. Both accomplished strength athletes and Licensed Therapists. Alena and Andi will teach 4 Barbell lifts as well as integrate “mental health mini’s” where they will share why strength training is vital to your mental health routine from a physiological perspective and psychological perspective. Our hope is that you will walk away with knowledge that you can apply to your fitness routine helping you feel stronger, more confident and encouraged. You will learn incredible lifting skills from 2 experienced strength athletes as well as get a great workout in!!!! Healthy snacks and extra waters provided :). We can’t wait to see you!
