Healthy Morning Juice Shot

I’m excited to share this healthy, tart morning drink with you! I love it because you can adjust the sweetness or tartness based on the amount of oranges you use. I normally drink this after I’ve had coffee and gone for a walk with Brian and the dogs. The ginger and lemon support gut and brain health, and the oranges provide vitamin C to support the immune system. I feel like it wakes up my mind and is easy on my stomach. It is clean and tastes amazing!

Ingredients:

3 lemons

2 oranges (add more for extra sweetness)

3 chunks of ginger

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and oranges.

  2. Peel the ginger and chop into one-inch chunks

  3. Place the ingredients in a blender, and blend on high for one minute.

  4. Scoop off the foam, and serve in small glasses. Enjoy!
